Bumping a single item

Press the item name. It strikes through, so the section can see what’s already made. Press it again to bring it back.

Bumping every unit of one item at once

If Bump All Button is switched on for the filter, a tick appears next to each product name. Tapping that tick bumps every unit of that item at once — a docket with 5x Flat White clears in one motion instead of five separate taps.

Turn it on under Sites → Settings → Filters → your filter → Screen tab → Bump All Button.

Bumping the whole docket

Press the green Bump button on the docket. A swipe gesture does the same thing, and works whether Bump All Button is on or not.

Bump screens and pass screens

When you bump on a Bump screen, those items tick off on the Pass screen.

If Device independent bumping is ticked on a device, bumping there does not clear the docket from other screens.

Holding a docket

Press Hold instead of Bump to take a docket off the main screen without clearing it. It moves to the HOLD section in the left sidebar.

Press Unhold to bring it back. When it returns:

it goes to position 1, because it needs making now
the order note turns blue with a bracketed count of how many times it’s been held
the timer restarts in green

Hold it again and that count goes up. Requires Can Hold on the device.

Combining dockets

Press Combine Dockets at the top right, then tap the dockets you want to join. The header shows how many are selected, e.g. 2 selected, with Combine (2) and Exit.

Press Combine and matching items merge — two single espressos become 4x Espresso if each docket had two.

Undo separates them again.
Exit leaves combine mode without joining anything.

Requires Can Combine on the device.

Unbumping — undoing a bump

Open MENU in the left sidebar.
Go to Order History.
Find the order and tap it. Tabs are Past Orders · Current Orders · Upcoming Orders; columns are Order Title, Register, Bumped At, Re-print.
Press the red Unbump button.

The docket returns to the exact position it was in when it was bumped, based on its timestamp.

Requires Can Undo on the device. If there is no Unbump button, that permission isn’t ticked.
